For some startups, getting acquired by Google represents the right exit opportunity. And based on Google’s 2010 acquisition pace (24 acquisitions already in 2010) the search behemoth is eager to get their hands on promising technology companies and talent. By a large margin, 2010 has been Google’s most active year for M&A in the last decade.
