The 27-year-old entrepreneur is merely following the overwhelming rush-hour flow of commuters. Cang quickens his step as he enters the subway station for Line 1, the city’s first and the busiest route, and, ignoring the newspaper giveaway that’s attracted a small crowd on the platform, he pulls out his mobile phone.
