Facebook is said to be considering a private share offering that could top $1 billion, and would value the entire company at $60 billion. If it continues to raise funds through such private deals, there's a chance the company may never even do an IPO. While demand for the stock has been ramping up over the past year, Facebook has remained adamant that it is not planning to do an IPO any time soon.
