All that can be emotionally draining. And you often need support to get through. Here is what I do – I keep my “thank you” notes close at hand. Whenever I feel like giving up on a boring task or procrastinating on a huge chunk of work I pull out a “thank you” note and read it. That always points me in the right direction and gets me started with my work. I even like to have my notes printed, so that I can physically touch the sheet of paper.
